Cookie Cutters provided a comfortable and safe environment for today’s haircut. They found a way to focus on the kids’ comfort while implementing social distancing, masks, and other best practices. Even with all of these changes, Cookie Cutters stylists continue to do an incredible job with kids. And the kids shows during the haircut always help! The online appointment process is convenient and easy!

I think most customer would appreciate a bigger sign for the Covid compliance rules. So that if they have smaller children they don’t have to get out of the car to read the sign and then get back in to wait in line. It’s just a lot for those with younger kids. I understand my son was not cooperating very much, but both of his ears were bleeding at the top. The stylist just didn’t seem to work well with children, she did not have a pleasant disposition.

I appreciate your feedback and we also realized that bigger signs would be helpful so we are working on that. I am sorry about your son's ears. Kass and Donna are the managers and maybe you could request on of them next time. Your stylist has been with us for many years but each person has their own way with the children. Wiggly and uncooperative is not an issue for us. It is what makes us more specialized for children. I hope we will see you and your child again. Be safe!
