My only complaint about the experience was it looked like the salon was under some construction during our visit the walls weren't finished being painted so in our baby's first hair cut picture the background is not the best. Outside of that we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back.

Kim was very pleasant and did a very good and thorough job of cutting my hair. She kept checking and going over it until she and were satisfied. I will definitely go back.

The stylists were fantastic with my two little ones. They have small TVs with movies and shows to keep them engaged (smart!) while they cut their hair. They gave my daughter a special "glitter finish" to her haircut, which she loved. She said it made her feel like a princess. :) They really did a great job and I will definitely book again for a haircut!

I have one of the frequent buyer cards, which always seem confusing to the person at the front as they don't know how to process it. Not a big deal, but it happens almost every time I use the card.

The stylist was very professional and made us welcomed. She was patient while I was asking my daughter about the length to cut her hair. I was impressed with steps she took to keep us all safe and comfortable. The stylist ended being the manager. I had forgotten my phone which had a coupon in an email but she graciously gave me the amount off. I told her it was not necessary since I didn’t have my phone. She accepted my word and that was amazing! Great customer service! We will be coming back.
