The stylists are great, but we weren’t seen until 30-40 minutes past our appointment time, which is frustrating. For busy parents with active toddlers, that wait is really tough, especially after a long day of work. I’d chalk it up to an off night, except we actually left the salon two days ago for similar reasons (waited 25 min past our scheduled appointment and left without a cut, because we didn’t have time to wait). Seems like there may be a process problem (either over-booked appointments, or appointments too close together). We’ll go back but probably avoid weeknights.

This is the second time I’ve shown up for my appointment and waited 20+ minutes past my time. They seem to double book. There were two appointments for 10am and only one girl cutting hair. When you have little kids this is not ideal. I’m not sure why this keeps happening but if I book again and this happens I’ll probably find another place.

Masks should be optional.

With the covid delta spike and the recommendation from health officials that even vaccinated people should wear masks indoors, I was appalled that none of the staff and very few customers were wearing masks. You’re cutting kids’ hair - kids who can’t get vaccinated yet - and kids also can’t wear masks while getting their hair cut. Every adult there should have been wearing a mask for preventative purposes. You guys do great work but we will not be back until my kid is vaccinated and/or masks are required again in your shop.

Ainsley and Kim are truly the best! And we have tried several places and come back just for them!! But the price for a child’s cut is why I will probably take my 6 kids elsewhere from now on. I’d rather have cheaper cuts and tip more! Great clips and a few others are less
