There seems to be very little order to the environment - people standing everywhere, folks complaining about wait times - there needs to be a central check-in with someone who can keep control of the whole operation. The first time we came, we got a wonderful haircut with much attention to detail. This most recent visit was the complete opposite. While the visit was fine, and the stylist pleasant, the environment felt a little too chaotic. Not sure if we'll return again.

We normally visit the Pickerington location. We came here for our convenience on that particular day. I called saying I would be five minutes late. I was notified of the late policy and after seven minutes I could possibly lose my appointment. (Appts were at 5pm and 5:20pm) We walked in at 5:05 and signed in. At 5:14 someone finally acknowledged we were there. The girl at front desk said she didn't know we were here and our stylist took someone else. Really?! My first child didn't sit in the chair until 5:20. I told the girl at the desk that I made it before the "7 minute rule" that's she had told me about on the phone. She just kept saying she didn't know we were there. I'm sorry, that's not my job, I signed in as I was told to by another stylist when we walked in the door. No one apologized to us for this. I was on time, yet treated as if we were late, as our appt was given away. I will make sure not to come back to this location. I have learned my lesson and should have just gone to where we normally do. Very disappointed, as I would think all locations would be similar in service levels.

Loved the kid friendly environment, but even though we had booked appointments online, we had to wait a half hour before our kids were called.

We thought our stylist was very nice and kind, but it was not a good haircut. It’s very choppy and his hard part is very deep into the back of his head not just on the side. Again, he was a nice guy, but just not a good haircut.
