Worst haircut ever. Didn’t notice until we got home.

We normally visit the Pickerington location. We came here for our convenience on that particular day. I called saying I would be five minutes late. I was notified of the late policy and after seven minutes I could possibly lose my appointment. (Appts were at 5pm and 5:20pm) We walked in at 5:05 and signed in. At 5:14 someone finally acknowledged we were there. The girl at front desk said she didn't know we were here and our stylist took someone else. Really?! My first child didn't sit in the chair until 5:20. I told the girl at the desk that I made it before the "7 minute rule" that's she had told me about on the phone. She just kept saying she didn't know we were there. I'm sorry, that's not my job, I signed in as I was told to by another stylist when we walked in the door. No one apologized to us for this. I was on time, yet treated as if we were late, as our appt was given away. I will make sure not to come back to this location. I have learned my lesson and should have just gone to where we normally do. Very disappointed, as I would think all locations would be similar in service levels.

Loved the kid friendly environment, but even though we had booked appointments online, we had to wait a half hour before our kids were called.

We thought our stylist was very nice and kind, but it was not a good haircut. It’s very choppy and his hard part is very deep into the back of his head not just on the side. Again, he was a nice guy, but just not a good haircut.

The receptionist was rude to clientele and to other staff members. Long dark hair, glittery eye shadow. I had an apt scheduled and I mentioned that we scheduled with Stephanie and she had an attitude and told me I had to go to the stylist that was available. She continued to be rude to multiple people during our visit. Would definitely not suggest her being the face of the business. So rude! Jennifer ended up being our stylist. She was sweet and truly did try but I would suggest more time being guided by an experienced stylist. She is well on her way but could use more practice and confidence. It use to seem like such a fun, upbeat happy environment to take my children to. Today all stylist seemed unhappy, tired and not happy to be there. The receptionist definitely didn’t want to be there. Miss the quality and brightness that use to be. We’ve been coming for over a year but I think it might be time to try another place.

My kids have been here at this location for years. Ainsley and Kim are truly wonderful The problem I have is with the new owners over the past 11 months the the pricing g has not been the same or stable every time I go there there is a higher price. I also cut my hair happily with Kim as a daddy haircut I stopped this in protest You just lost ne as a constant constant customer for my son. I am starting to look for other locations to cut my 5 year Olds hair. And there are many if it turns out to be close or at same price well then I win I am super mad last time I was there was told no more price increase. Well that's not true it's now $25 5 dollars more than exclusive loft company here 1\4 mile away And please do not write back to tell me that I can purchase a 5 cut discount card for 90 dollars. Not ever going to happen. I do not wish bad for business people in this post covid time but please close to 100% increase in less than a year. Go abuse others who care because I dont
