I asked for a number two and finger length blend. She did most of the haircut with the razor. She shaved PARTS of his forehead! Never in nine years has anyone shaved his forehead, let alone PARTS of it. His neck was not cleanly shaven either. I think this woman has great potential, but we be back.

Person at desk was on the phone the entire time I was there. Was not able to talk to her to sign in for awhile upon first arriving. Person I reserved appointment with took another group back at my appointment time. The issue was caught by staff a few minutes later and we were called back. The front desk area was a cluster with staff trying to figure out what was going on. Showed a picture of the hairstyle wanted. It was cut shorter than expected. Not thrilled with haircut.

Taylor, our stylist was fantastic! Unfortunately we had a 3:20pm appt and weren't seen until 3:50. I asked the woman at the front desk and she said this was because someone had come back in to get their son's haircut fixed from the morning, so they got to take our appointment. This is very bad customer service and completely unfair to us.

I scheduled my daughters appointment online through the cookie cutters website. I scheduled the appointment for four o'clock, and received a confirmation email stating that time. When I arrived, I signed in and waited since all the stylists were with clients. After a long wait (25 minutes) where they continued to call others who signed in after me, I asked what was going on. It took my asking for anyone to acknowledge that I had been sitting there waiting for almost a half hour. Once I asked, they looked into the situation and found that while my appointment confirmation email stated 4:00, it scheduled my daughter in their appointment program as 4:40. Once they discovered that, they were very apologetic and took us right away. However, I am extremely disappointed that it took me asking them (and losing some patience) in order for anyone to even check on us.

The lady who cut my son's horoscope seemed a bit agitated (maybe from a phone call she had with someone while in the bathroom as she stepped out from the bathroom visibly upset). When she was cutting my son's hair, I almost wanted to stop her as she was a bit rough. I am satisfied with the end result (the haircut itself); however, I would expect her to be gentler the next time.
