Always have a great experience here. My grandson doesn't hold still at all, and always ends up with a great hair cut. Only suggestion would be to clean the play area better. He got really dirty playing on it. Had big dirt streaks on his face and hands were filthy. It's understandable and ok cause they are kids, just might need to wipe it down more.
