Always have a great experience here. My grandson doesn't hold still at all, and always ends up with a great hair cut. Only suggestion would be to clean the play area better. He got really dirty playing on it. Had big dirt streaks on his face and hands were filthy. It's understandable and ok cause they are kids, just might need to wipe it down more.

We love cookie cutters! My son has been going there for about a year or so and each time he gets a great cut. One time he was even throwing a fit and they managed to cut his hair while I was basically holding him. They are really good and working with kids, and it is a really fun place too! We often stay to play on the slide for a while after our haircut as well.

Ashland did an awesome job with our little guy. He normally freaks out when he gets a hair cut but he did not at all. The buzzer was very quiet and Ashland kept him very calm. We will definitely come back!

Overall good experience, my son cried 98% through the haircut but they still did a good job. Didnt see an option for tip on card and had no cash on me so I was not able to leave a tip and felt bad. Need to be able to add tip on bill would be nice.
