Location and appearance is always very nice. Our only complaint is regarding the prepaid haircut deal we bought during our last visit. We purchased the $70 card which included 5 cuts at a discount price of $14/haircut. However the lady checking us out after the haircut wasn’t familiar with this prepaid card. She insisted we needed to pay for the haircut and didn’t understand how to process the prepaid card. I hope all employees will be trained on this card and how to process by the time we return, so this issue doesn’t persist. Thanks!

The haircut turned out amazing and Tiffany? was really quick as well which was needed with my son who is terrified of haircuts. My only concern is that she mentioned multiple times how the lady that cut his hair previously did a poor job and she probably took 45 min to do it. While there is some truth to this it was highly unprofessional to continue to put down the other stylist while mentioning how great of a job she was doing. She even brought another stylist into the conversation speaking poorly of the other lady. Our stylist Tiffany continued saying the other girl only works Tuesdays now inferring this was related to her subpar skills. It made for an uncomfortable appt.

My daughter only got a trim and was literally in the chair for maybe 5 minutes and it was $17.95, seems like a bit much for a toddlers haircut.

The website indicated a discount for multiple children. I think this was missed when making the payment.

Tiffany did a good job although cut it a bit shorter than I asked for. At least she was friendly and concerned with getting the cut right. The stylist that cut my other daughters hair ruined the experience for us and we will not be coming back.
