I’ve come here 3 times with my toddler. He is captivated by cartoons and the special chair he gets to sit in. We have seen 3 different stylists and they have all been great. I appreciate them asking my clarifying questions for style as they are cutting his hair. Everyone is super friendly and great with kiddos!

My daughter is a bit turned off by the emphasis on little kids, however we both realize that Cookie Cutter haircuts and service far exceed that of Great Clips. So as long as she can handle going to a "kids place" she'll get her hair cut there.

The girl who cut my daughters hair (scissor tattoo)was not very friendly. I asked for the bangs to be a bit shorter & I expected to hear “ya ok no problem “ but she just kind of said well your daughter is getting upset . My daughter said she’s getting hair in her eyes. I just thought it was an easy fix. If the lady was nice & interactive instead of being a bit cold she could have just said “ok sweetie close your eyes Iam going to cut your bangs . Just in general her interactions where cold compared to the nice other lady

Prefer Cookie Cutters over Great Clips as at GC the stylists can never seem to make recommendations or judge the health or growth patterns of the hair (ie curlier on one side, straighter on the other)

Seemed a little rushed. Only 15 minuets was allocated for a cut and that leaves no time for any adjustments. Seemed very rushed unfortunately, very differentl than our first experience.

Location and appearance is always very nice. Our only complaint is regarding the prepaid haircut deal we bought during our last visit. We purchased the $70 card which included 5 cuts at a discount price of $14/haircut. However the lady checking us out after the haircut wasn’t familiar with this prepaid card. She insisted we needed to pay for the haircut and didn’t understand how to process the prepaid card. I hope all employees will be trained on this card and how to process by the time we return, so this issue doesn’t persist. Thanks!
