Ashley is an amazing professional! The location is clean, colorful and fun. My son enjoyed his experience and it was the first time I didn't have to have him sit on my lap for a cut. He is 19 months and was very entertained by the personal tvs at each station, the seat in the form of a car, and the way that Ashley spoke to him during the entire process. He was calm and not a single tear was shed!! To top it off he loved the slide at the location and walked out smiling ear-to-ear from the balloon he received at the end!
