My son had an appointment at 3:15, we got there at 3:10 and 3 kids were in the middle of getting their haircut. My son didn’t get seen until 3:40, my son has Down syndrome and when he has to wait for a long period of time he gets upset, that is why I make appointments close to closing time. Last time we went had a great experience today was not a good experience.

We have been here several times for haircuts and even though I don't think his haircuts look the best I would continue to go because he likes it there and they're good with him. However, I think it is absolutely ridiculous that staff is working closely with children this age and not wearing masks at a time when cases are this high. My son is not old enough to be vaccinated and we won't be back while the pandemic is still in this state.

My child got a shampoo and cut. The cut looks good. The hair stylist blow dried my child’s hair and it was still very damp after she was done. If I’m paying for a shampoo and cut, I expect the stylist the spend the amount of time it takes to fully blow dry my child’s hair.

We used a different person for my sons hair cut, and this person ended up messing it up because my son was squirming, Melissa who we usually use is so great in handling him having to move a bit, but this different person we had, messed up my sons cut that it was shorter than what i would have liked.

Again, the staff have no name tags on & never introduce themselves. So even if I wanted to request a stylist again,I don’t know any of their names. We arrived at 1030 for our 1030 & 1045 appointments. We were not taken back until 1045.

I want to start off by saying that everytime that we have come aside from this last time was with Melissa. Who we love so much. She has never made any mistakes. My daughter loved her. She is insanely friendly. Which is why we have continued to come. But I'm not sure that we will be anymore. Melissa wasn't available when I booked the appointment so I booked with the only one available. Still with high hopes we would have the same great experience. Which we did not. While the lady was nice that did her hair she didn't really talk to us at all. Which all the appointments we have been to have never been like that. But our problem was that she didn't blow dry her hair. So I couldn't see how uneven it was until we got back home. She has a lot of longer pieces. She has some that are shorter. She wanted her hair cut up to her shoulders and I asked her to add light layers. It is super choppy looking and I have had to schedule another hair appointment somewhere else to have it fixed. Very disappointed.
