Our stylist, hope, was incredible. I have nothing but praise for her. But the employee who greeted us was a tall, young blonde woman who as on her phone the entire time she interacted with us, and for our entire visit. It gave a very unprofessional vibe and she clearly wasn’t interested in checking us in. I share because the individual at the front counter welcomes people and is the face of the brand, and I don’t think she represented the brand well.

Stylist are skilled with children. We are particularly fond of Ms Melissa because she works fast and does a great job. It is a bit pricey though.

Loved the environment and staff was friendly. Told the stylist a 2 or 3 on the sides and a little off the top and she took a 2 all the way up and shaved my sons cowlick off. Maybe I should of communicated better that I wanted that left long and just blended down but didn’t think about it. Other than that it was a great experience and I’ll probably be back to try again.

The stylist was working alone. However, she seemed to have trouble with some of the basic features. She processed my transaction before I had time to get my rewards card out, but then did not know how to fix the issue. Also, the chair that was chosen was marked as sanitized, but it still had hair all over it. Especially given the current pandemic we are in, this was extremely concerning.
