My child got a shampoo and cut. The cut looks good. The hair stylist blow dried my child’s hair and it was still very damp after she was done. If I’m paying for a shampoo and cut, I expect the stylist the spend the amount of time it takes to fully blow dry my child’s hair.

We have been here several times for haircuts and even though I don't think his haircuts look the best I would continue to go because he likes it there and they're good with him. However, I think it is absolutely ridiculous that staff is working closely with children this age and not wearing masks at a time when cases are this high. My son is not old enough to be vaccinated and we won't be back while the pandemic is still in this state.

My son had an appointment at 3:15, we got there at 3:10 and 3 kids were in the middle of getting their haircut. My son didn’t get seen until 3:40, my son has Down syndrome and when he has to wait for a long period of time he gets upset, that is why I make appointments close to closing time. Last time we went had a great experience today was not a good experience.

I feel like the staff has no knowledge of how to cut black peoples hair. I only seen one black woman work at the location near the Dayton Mall. She works one day per week and it’s hard for me to feel comfortable letting white women cut my sons hair. More black employees would help.
