When we walked in about 20 min before our apt a few other clients to be seen qere waiting. We wait and wait and wait! Several stylist there went to the back room and left 2 stylist on the floor with clients in their chair. My grandson is a wild 2 yr old Im well aware of it, I tried my best to keep him calm and undercontrol. To see me struggle with him and 4 other employees go to break or lunch to leave 2 others on the floor already cutting hair really bothered me. The lady who cut his hair last time whispered to the other employee they both looked at us and then walked away. I will not be returning. His hair cut looks chopped he didnt move much he just cried. Hes 2 and it was nap time. The lady who did cut his hair had a great attitude just rushed the job im sure the crying is hard but its your job, u work with kids! I did tip her $15 only for not walking away from us which we didnt chose a stylist we said 1st available. Don't think 4 employees should go on break at the same time. Just sad way to run a business!
