Our little wiggly kiddo had a few spots on his hair that we couldn't see at the completion of the visit that the stylist missed. Once we got out in the right lighting we seen the spots, took him back and the stylist fixed them. They were very understanding, helpful and not upset we didn't see the spots before we left.
