Always waiting even when making an appointment online. My appointment was for 10:00 am and I was present at 9:45 am and had to wait until 10:30 because they were behind. This has happened two times in a row. But if I’m 5 minutes late they refuse to cut my hair which has happened once. The heavyset women who works up front is very rude. Probably start going to sports clips if things don’t improve.
