A minor scheduling issue. Appointment was made for Jefferson City location but it got listed at the Columbia location. Still, I got in with very little wait.

I've always been treated well. Except for one occasion, the barber listens to me and cuts my hair accordingly. The barber that didn't listen hasn't worked there for quite some time now. I've maybe only waited about 5 minutes past my appt time and that's only been a few times. I always receive an apology. I never feel they're rushing through to cut my hair.

Ashton is great. But I think taking everyones temperature is invasive of ones privacy. Mandating masks is fine but I don’t appreciate having my temperature taken. If I don’t come back this would be a reason why. Other than this the experience is great.
