Very kind stylist and good experience, however went yesterday and took my 2 kids paying for the Baby's 1st Haircut Package for my youngest which would be the piece of my child's hair, a color printed certificate with his picture taken and printed in the salon like how it was displayed on the wall at the counter was ridiculous because they stated "there is an issue with the printer" and that they would just email it to me. I told them i didnt have a color printer and that i find it unfair paying for the package/certificate which i would have expected in my hand at the salon. They did not inform me at the time of requesting this service at the beginning that the printer was not working and that the certificate would be emailed to me. The lady working the front desk only told me after the haircut and upon payment. I did not appreciate that. I told the front that the first time i took my 1st child back in 12/2024 Michelle informed me ahead of time that the printer was not working and i ended up paying for just Trimming of the bangs. One would think they would fix the printer since then otherwise refrain from offering that service or atleast inform the client before purchasing that service before the cut.

Hair stylish was rude during our visit. Gave us an attitude when we asked for them to cut sons hair shorter. Told us to tell her from beginning that we wanted it shorter, but unable to provide that feedback in advance as we weren’t sure how much she would be taking off.

I ask for a small trim and this is the second visit Kellie didn’t listen to what I wanted for the kids. I wanted the curl left in the back and she just Cut them all off. She also didn’t do a grab job around his ears and had to ask for him to go back in chair.

Haircut wasn’t done professionally. This is the second cut and it was not any better than the first one we received.

They were very overbooked and overwhelmed with the amount of people. I waited a long time for my appointment and the place smelled very badly. I opted to wait outside in the heat because if the smell.

I booked cookie cutters because I thought it was a better place to have a first haircut experience for my son. We were traveling from Queens and we had no idea about the 5-minute lateness window for a cancelation. I think that is absolutely absurd especially when you are dealing with children. I think it is hard enough to be on time as it is. We arrived at cookie cutters on time and our stylist was on a phone call. We did not start my son's haircut until 8 minutes after our appointment. The Stylist shluld have been more kid-friendly. Because the session was late and she had another appointment at 2:15 it was very rushed. Not the experience we were hoping for his first time. The stylist finished his haircut and proceeded to take care of another child. I had to take my son's Smock off brush all the hair that was cut off of him and hold him for a picture. I understand your a business trying to make as much money as possible is your objective but this was not a memorable experience. The haircut itself came out fine but we could have stayed in Queens for that. We came out to your salon for the experience that we did not get. Please reconsider booking appointments 15 minutes within each other especially when someone requests a first haircut experience. They should get the time they deserve for the money they're spending.
