Not much communication took place while in the salon. The hairdresser was okay but the girl at the front could use some help in customer service.

The hair dresser was rushing left my baby without wiping him left hair all over him I had to do it myself

We tried to give Kellie another chance after we were unhappy with our last experience. Unfortunately, once again she didn’t listen to what we said at all (including after being shown a picture). The haircut is uneven all over and now that it is dry it looks like a chunk was taken out of one side.

The salon was dirty with hair clippings from prior customers not cleaned out. The stylist was very nice but was struggling working with toddler. She kept cutting shorter and saying she had to “make it even because he keeps moving” I’ve been to this salon previously and had a better experience with another stylist. The cleanliness is always questionable.

We've been going to cookie cutters for over three years with our first child, and now tried bringing our second child. Every time we've went it's always been a very nice experience, but this time it was very different. The energy felt very chaotic, a lot of kids screaming and crying (which we understand is not your fault), but the biggest issue we took was the hair stylist doing the bare minimum on our children's haircuts. We had to talk her through making it look even slightly okay. We could tell she knew what she was doing, but just wasn't really going above just trimming and cutting. It was really a shame, because usually the hair cuts are very cute. We had Medina as our hair stylist. She was very nice and receptive to our feedback, but it did feel like she was just going thorough the motions, which was sad because it was our second child's first hair cut.
