For what it is made out to be my experience at Cookie Cutters was very disappointing . We felt that everything was rushed for this milestone . We arrived and the seat for my child had visible hair all over it which I wiped down myself . It is not a good luck as far as hygiene goes especially for children.

Absolutely love this place. A few months ago I was dragging my child kicking and screaming to get a haircut, I’d have to hold him down while they rushed to cut him. After ONE TIME with Kellie my child is transformed. She took the time to show him all of the buzzers, the scissors before and on me so they weren’t as scary. He actually looks forward to going now and has his lollipop and ballon color picked out bevies we get there

Stephanie was super sweet and handled the baby gently & I think Kelly (dont quote me on her name) she was the woman who checked us in and she was so sweet!
