I had such a great overall experience. However, the lady who cut my son's hair was a bit rough and didn't seem to be experienced with kinky-curly hair.

Our son has received all of his haircuts there. Prior to the most recent haircut, we had to wait almost 30-45 mins after our appointment time. The stylist said he was behind due to the 15 min scheduling window allowed to make appointments. for ex, appointments can be scheduled at 9, 915, 930 etc. Claims its Not enough time for them to stay on time. I agree. Yesterday, the stylist arrived 15 mins late. I pulled my son out of school for the first few minutes in hopes he wouldnt miss much. We were there at 855 for a 9am appointment. Stylist arrived at 915. Said absolutely nothing. No apology or anything. Rushed through his haircut. I understand things happen in life. Wake up late, traffic etc. The least you can do is apologize. Dont act like youre doing me a favor cutting my childs hair. Have some more consideration for peoples time.

They always do a good job on my son's unruly curly hair - and make him comfortable. He's a squirmy one!

Yanet cut my 2 year old hair , whom was very cranky. She was fast , efficient and kind . Fav hair dresser thus far

The only reason for some lower numbers (besides the price) was the wait time. We had to wait almost 20 minutes past our appointment time.

This was our first cut with Rafael. He was amazing. Very kind and patient with my 2.5 year old son. Explained what he was going to do each time and helped make this the first tear free hair cut for him. I would highly recommend him if you have a child that needs a little TLC through the process. I am a special education teacher and I also think he would be great working with people with disabilities- all ages. We will definitely be back and will request him from now on.
