Customer service is amazing. We had two kids get hair cuts at the same time and both were done very well. One child got the first hair cut package and the certificate, picture and hair were amazing. Very impreased

I was a little concerned when I first called because the phone etiquette of the person I spoke to wasn’t the best. She sounded a little irritated and short and even threw in an irritated sigh when I was making an appointment. When we got there though it was completely different. This is the second time we have gone there and have been happy both times with the services! They were so kind in person and very good with the kids. It was weird that it was the same place that answered the phone cause they were awesome! This is our new spot for sure!

Our stylist was so nice. Great with kids & professional. Always happy with the haircut...is a tad pricey for a quick 15 min cut but that is not her.
