This was our first time at the location and didn't realize an appointment was suggested. The lady at the desk was very friendly, however, the employee (possibly manager) she went to ask if they could fit us in left something to be desired as far as being professional in a client facing position. We were not the only family to walk in while we were there and she continued to have the same attitude for all the walk in clients as though we were a burden to her. In the end, we waited about 5 minutes and got Bridgette as our stylist and she did great. We will be back and will be sure to schedule an appointment and request Bridgette. To me, there is no reason for a poor attitude toward parents bringing their children into you place of business to get their hair cut, appointment or not.

When we called to make our appointment, the girl who answered was not very friendly and then got our appointment wrong. Luckily they were able to get us in. The girl who did my daughter’s hair was very patient with her.

Our stylist was great! She handled my crying squirming toddler well, and I got the simple cut I asked for. I don't know how she did it! The receptionist was not cery welcoming or friendly and barely spoke to us. But overall an ok experience despite that. The waiting play area is great!
