We love Cookie Cutters, especially Christina at the Pickerington location. She is so kind and patient with both of my boys and does a great job with both of them. My 3 year old loves to look around and wiggle and talk and she is still able to give him a great haircut! We have been going to this location since my oldest's first haircut, and plan to continue. The boys were both very excited about the new upgraded play area as well!

The stylist that cut my sons hair was kind my problem was with the other stylist there. I arrived 10 minutes late to my original appointment and at check in I said we are 10 minutes late I’m not sure if you would still be able to see us. She said she could get us in at 12:20 or 12:40 if that would work and I said we would do the 12:20. We returned at 12:15 and she said they would be with us shortly. My son did play on the playground equipment but after waiting 25 minutes he was getting restless and when it came time to get his hair cut it was a disaster because of the wait. If the wait would have been due to other kids getting their hair cut that is one thing but the stylist that told me to return for this appointment time was finished with her client 5- 10 minutes after we arrived and she didn’t address any more after we first walked in and she said hello we will be right with you. About 15 minutes later the other stylist finished her client and was cleaning up her station while the other one was in the back she told us she would be right back and went back and asked the other lady who was doing the hair cut? She said I got a phone call and have other things to do I’m not doing it. So the lady hurried up and got my son seated and started to get his haircut but it was a disaster because after waiting so long he was done. I didn’t get names so I apologize for not specifying which stylist was who but even though I was late and missed my original appointment the service we received coming back was terrible. I will no longer be a returning customer. I have been coming here since my oldest son who is 14 was little and when I had my second son i knew this was where I wanted to bring him but I will not any more. I will let all of my family and friends know about this service and where not to go.

The new indoor playground looks amazing!! I also really like the new layout of everything! As always, I had a great experience and the treatment for my boys was excellent! Will continue to come back and refer friends!
