It seemed busy when we arrived and most of the children in the waiting area were much older than our baby so we were nervous about what we were about to experience with our baby’s first haircut (10minths). Stacey was great! She was super gentle and patient. Our baby had a great experience and we were very happy with the cut.

Robyn was nice enough to cut my son’s ear and not even clean him up after he had his haircut. She just went and left without a word. I am very unhappy with the service and frustrated. I take my son to cookie cutter a lot because he is pretty difficult to cut hair but for the most part other hair dressers were nice and even offer some help to make him calm to finish the haircut with minimal fighting of keeping him down. Robyn was nothing like that and showed frustration to me and my son from the beginning of our appointment. My son is not easy to do haircuts with but that’s why I rely on places like cookie cutter to make it a better experience for us. Today was nothing like that, I was beyond frustrated and very upset leaving the shop and I don’t think we will plan to ever come back at this cookie cutter.

Service was fantastic! The ladies working were polite and made us feel welcome. It's the best my four year old has ever sat for a haircut. He looks like quite the gentleman after his transformation by Candy. They were kind with him and myself. Highly recommend!

Candi is the absolute best! We came there for his first haircut, and she did not do our service. The second time we came back She cut Nolan‘s hair. The third time he got his haircut. I thought I would try somewhere closer to home because this location is 30 minutes from our house. It did not go very well at all. I would prefer to drive for 30 minutes, so he has a great experience with the one and only Candi! She is great, and so patient with Nolan!
