The receptionist at the front desk wasn’t the best. She argued with our stylist, then proceeded to tell others about it. A gentleman came in while we were there to inquire about window washing and she was clearly annoyed. I saw a lot of eye rolling and dirty looks while we were there. She needs to be more conscious of her non verbals. Otherwise the stylist was a little flustered after the encounter but did fine cutting my daughters hair.

I love the salon and my son alwags does well, however i felt like the beautician was rough with him this time and he was not happy during or after.

Overall nice. But not exactly what I was expecting. Paid for first hair cut and the lock of hair they picked up the hair from the floor and put in the bag. I would expect them to hold on to the piece and put it in the bag after it's cut. Not at the end after they stepped on it. Also this location is doesn't have anything real aimed for little girls to sit in. They are all boy vehicles.

I feel like if you don't make an appointment, you are more than likely going to not get served as I rarely see any more than 2 stylists working. I normally do make appointments but it is frustrating that when I don't, I can't get both of my kids in, it's either one only or none and neither of their cuts even take a long time. which leads me to the other, my kids love coming here for the fun shows and games and I like it as the stylists always do such a great job but $15/per head is a little steep. I'd rather loose the points system and just enjoy reduced pricing.

His hair was a little shorter on top than the pictures I showed the stylist so I was a little disappointed about that. It was his first haircut and I was hoping to keep more of the length but I know it'll grow back. I hope it stays curly like it was before though.
