I don’t like that fact that I have to be reminded of the late policy!!! I have 2 special needs children it’s hard sometimes to get them going. However today wasn’t my fault, there was no parking in front of the salon!

I loved Tina the hair dresser took her time with my son & did a fantastic job. However, the games and tv when we came in were not on or not working. So my son played in the tree area which you could tell needed a good cleaning. The last time we were there they worked ok and the last girl prior to Tina cut my sons hair wrong and it now ha's to grow out so I'm not happy about that. Cleanliness is a must in my mind. I never see them pull combs from cold sterile and I never see them use a new drape for each child which is concerning...

I'm glad that you liked Tina. Sorry for the previous cut. We try and keep the salons as clean as possible. We get random state inspections and with 5 salons have never failed or even received a write up on anything over the past 16 years, pretty good I think. Thanks

I only wouldn't recommend because there are less expensive places for what you are getting.
