The receptionist was fine, the stylist however did not prepare him for the experience at all. This was a second haircut and as soon as he was placed in the seat and told that he just needs a trim and cleaned up she immediately grabs the clippers and takes it right to his head. He is of course immediately alarmed and starts screaming. Instead of backing off and adjusting to him she made me hold him in certain positions so that she could continue his cut. I tried to distract him but even when she went to scissors he didn't want her anywhere near him. About halfway through the cut I was over her attitude and just wanted the whole thing done. He had such a good time at his first appointment and the stylist then took the time to introduce and moved slowly. Complete 180 experience this time and I will go back, just not to that stylist.

Stylist wouldn't agree to my request of only taking 9” saying all hair donation places require 12” and she knows all the requirements for hair donating. Sadly…there are many organizations out there now and this hair donation for short hair wigs. My child left with a trim since I value the time slot I booked but sadly at this point my child isn’t sure they want to wait 6-8 more months since their hair goes so slowly….it’s been a year and half process already.

I’m not sure if the girl we got was new or what but she needed a lot of help and guidance from my husband with our sons haircut. We’ve been in many times and have always had a good experience with a good cut but this time wasn’t good. The back of his hair looks awful and she just seemed like she had never cut hair before. He was in the chair for over a half hour to get the cut where we wanted so he didn’t look botched

I attached a picture of my sons Haircut few days BEFORE EASTER SUNDAY. This is what my husband asked for. The pic on the left. The pic on the right is what we got!!! The stylist butchered my sons hair!!! I’m very upset and frankly ticked off someonecould do this to a 5 year old boy. He is basically bald! I have a bald 5 year old! This is unacceptable and I will never come to your facility again! Please look at the picture and tell me what you think??? I am sure you can agree that my son didn’t get the haircut I asked for!!! I would like a full refund immediately Bria curry

After booking an appointment online with the stylist we always see I showed up with my son and another person wanted to take us. I asked if we could wait for the person we scheduled with. The lady told me I didn’t request her. I explained I scheduled the appointment under her name and she continued to tell me I was wrong. I have a confirmation email stating the date, time and stylist my son was to be with. I understand if the computer has a glitch and it didn’t cross over but it was completely unacceptable to call me out in front of other customers and tell me I’m wrong when I clearly had proof. My son was able to have his hair cut by our preferred stylist and her service was excellent as always!

I bring my son every six weeks to get a cut and this experience was complete garbage our stylist was Bridgett and we requested a fade with a line and hard part he has multiple bald spots and his hair is all one length I had to go to a different location and get it fixed never letting her touch my sons hair ever again!!!
