Cookie Cutters was the only place Lucy would sit for a haircut as a toddler because of the fun chairs and TVs to watch cartoons while her hair was cut. She still likes Cookie Cutters at age 6 because she gets to play at their indoor play area while she waits and she gets a coin to get a prize from their chicken machine after she is done.
