My son had his first hair cut here a few months back with shamira. It was great and looked so good. Came back for his second cut and I wanted her to do it again but she wasn’t available as soon as I wanted so I decided to try with a different person. I didn’t realize at first how bad this cut was but after getting home and really checking him out it is entirely way too high in the back and completely uneven as well. It would not let me attach a second photo but I have more. Around the ears is cut very strange and very uneven as well. Disappointed to say the least.

I was very disappointed about my sons haircut today. The hair stylist was extremely awkward and rude. Did not say anything to me. She did not buckle my son into the race car. She did not cut my sons hair how I asked and when I made a comment about the top being very short she just told me the sides were very long. I am VERY disappointed in her service. I am contemplating not bringing him back.

Perfect haircut- Brought my 3yr old who has thick long hair in reasoning she is very "active" and nervous for a hair cut.... No trying to get my child calm by hair cut immediately I was told that I needed to hurry they were on a tight schedule. My girl would have sat in a car chair vs the "big" girl chair. Instead had to "hold" her head still. I figured booking a 3yr old that person would be more experienced with a young kid vs saying "wow I haven't had a squirmer in awhile" Drove an hour to facility I will again but wow please be considerate. My child can't be the only one active and nervous. Oh yea, booked extra time to French braid her loong hair and was told she had too much hair. What?

I made an appt online and my child’s stylist didn’t call for him til almost 20 min after the appt was supposed to be…. She never acknowledged us or anything.

Salonist kept trying to make conversation with my daughter even though my daughter had NO desire to talk. Keep talking to a minimum to reduce risk of spread of covid THANK YOU. She also wasn’t professional with the way she kept getting frustrated and told her to stop moving. Kids don’t understand that talk. Tell her to look at this sticker or that sticker. She didn’t know how to have effective communication which caused her to get flustered when my daughter kept moving because she’s a kid. Learn to distract the kids to do what you need to do

I do not feel like the staff is very friendly. The stylist that we usually have cut our kids hair does a good job but she's rude and has scolded us for being a few mins late or if our kid was cranky she said you shouldn't bring them around nap time. We decided not to go with her this last time but then I regretted it because the ladies who cut my kids hair didn't do a good job. I asked for a trim and they cut their hair short. Unfortunately, there is not another kid haircut place around our area to go to but we really are not happy with the staff.
