I was impressed by the haircut and kindness shown. This is the first haircut that he has had that is even because he's very ticklish. Salon is clean and staff attentive.

Our stylist was very courteous, professional, and she knew exactly what to do and how to do it. She expected our toddler to cry and pushed through it with amazing speed and grace! I feel like any other stylist would have stopped and been to upset to continue but she knew exactly how to handle everything. I'm so thankful we went here! His hair looks AMAZING. I can't get over how fast it was and how good it looks! I never could have done this myself. And I tried for a good two weeks before coming in. Definitely coming back and referring everyone I know!

Salonist kept trying to make conversation with my daughter even though my daughter had NO desire to talk. Keep talking to a minimum to reduce risk of spread of covid THANK YOU. She also wasn’t professional with the way she kept getting frustrated and told her to stop moving. Kids don’t understand that talk. Tell her to look at this sticker or that sticker. She didn’t know how to have effective communication which caused her to get flustered when my daughter kept moving because she’s a kid. Learn to distract the kids to do what you need to do

Monday March 8, 21. This was our third time here. The first two times, it was an overall good experience. The lady that cut my sons hair the first two times was the same woman and she did a great job at making my son (2 yrs old) feel comfortable to where he didn't cry once and he was very relaxed, and she did a great job on his hair. I'm not sure the lady's name of this third time we came but my sons hair does not look good at all. There's been many people to make comments about it, and also he threw multiple fits in the chair while he was there. The lady kept hollering "I'm gonna cut you, my scissors are going to cut you" he was in tears and very upset. I will not be coming back because of this very unprofessional experience. I don't know her name, she's an older woman, skinny, short brown hair and glasses. she should be spoken to. Thank you!
