I love the salon and my son alwags does well, however i felt like the beautician was rough with him this time and he was not happy during or after.

Phones were not working to call upon arrival. Other child screaming and crying the entire time. Couldn’t hear tv which was only feature I couldn’t have got at great clips.

My son's first experience at Cookie Cutters in Pickerington was amazing. He is 2 and half, so wiggly, and usually cries during haircuts. This time he was so calm and relaxed and our stylist worked fast and did amazing work. I was so impressed by the atmosphere and the way they were all so sweet. We will be back for all of our future haircuts. I can't thank them enough!

I would rate 10/10 on everything for our first visit. Today was My daughters first haircut ever, she’s 18 months old. I was just as scared to let someone cut her hair in fear of it looking chopped up or awful. But I am so glad I made the decision to take her to cookie cutters and make the 45 minute from our home to them. It was worth the drive and the price, along with outstanding patience service. Tina was the stylist who cut my daughters hair and we will be requesting her in the future for all my daughters haircuts. She was patient and understanding.
