Are overall experiences was very nice. My.sons hair cut isn't bad but we told our lady that we didnt want the back of it sticking up like it was before bc it was to long. She only used the trimers on the sides and cut the top. So that area is still sticking up. We loved the first lady we ever had there will request her from now on. But overall everyone was very friendly and nice and it was a welcoming environment. 9p

We absolutely LOVE Tina! My son has sensory issues and she always makes us feel comfortable and not like a burden at all!!

Walked in on the off chance they may have walk in appointments and it was our lucky day. The ladies were wonderful and got us in even though it was near the end of the day! Thank you!

This was our first time at the location and didn't realize an appointment was suggested. The lady at the desk was very friendly, however, the employee (possibly manager) she went to ask if they could fit us in left something to be desired as far as being professional in a client facing position. We were not the only family to walk in while we were there and she continued to have the same attitude for all the walk in clients as though we were a burden to her. In the end, we waited about 5 minutes and got Bridgette as our stylist and she did great. We will be back and will be sure to schedule an appointment and request Bridgette. To me, there is no reason for a poor attitude toward parents bringing their children into you place of business to get their hair cut, appointment or not.

Tina did a fantastic job listening to my sons request for his hair cut. His haircut turned out great! Tina is the best!!!

I feel like if you don't make an appointment, you are more than likely going to not get served as I rarely see any more than 2 stylists working. I normally do make appointments but it is frustrating that when I don't, I can't get both of my kids in, it's either one only or none and neither of their cuts even take a long time. which leads me to the other, my kids love coming here for the fun shows and games and I like it as the stylists always do such a great job but $15/per head is a little steep. I'd rather loose the points system and just enjoy reduced pricing.
