My child was very excited to see a new 'chair' during our visit yesterday. I think upgrading the 'chairs' would be beneficial to the location.

Are overall experiences was very nice. My.sons hair cut isn't bad but we told our lady that we didnt want the back of it sticking up like it was before bc it was to long. She only used the trimers on the sides and cut the top. So that area is still sticking up. We loved the first lady we ever had there will request her from now on. But overall everyone was very friendly and nice and it was a welcoming environment. 9p

I loved Tina the hair dresser took her time with my son & did a fantastic job. However, the games and tv when we came in were not on or not working. So my son played in the tree area which you could tell needed a good cleaning. The last time we were there they worked ok and the last girl prior to Tina cut my sons hair wrong and it now ha's to grow out so I'm not happy about that. Cleanliness is a must in my mind. I never see them pull combs from cold sterile and I never see them use a new drape for each child which is concerning...

I'm glad that you liked Tina. Sorry for the previous cut. We try and keep the salons as clean as possible. We get random state inspections and with 5 salons have never failed or even received a write up on anything over the past 16 years, pretty good I think. Thanks
