My grandson had a rough time getting his haircut. I was not real happy how the stylist handled him and the situation. She put off a vibe and he continued to feed off of it..

Our stylist was great, but as it was our first time there the front desk had us sign in for our appointment, but didn't direct us anywhere and so many stylists were just walking around taking so we were almost waiting around for no reason. I WILL be coming back though just because of how awesome our stylist was we were paired with. It saved our first experience.

Wasn’t expecting to walk in for my toddlers first cut to another kid screaming bloody murder but what are you going to do. Luckily it didn’t scare my kids too much. I booked an appointment as it being her first haircut because technically it was her first professional cut (I just took a tiny snip off the bottom when she was a year old) and they ended up not treating it like her first cut and charged me for a regular kids cut. So I didn’t get the little certificate for first cut or anything, made it feel like it wasn’t as special.

We had appointments for both my son and daughter. They took my daughter back and cut her hair and did a great job. They then proceeded to make us sit for 25 minutes while one lady finished her cut and slowly cleaned her area while watching the clock the whole time. She even sat at the register and waited for 5-10 minutes until she clocked out for lunch. During that time she glanced at us multiple times and even gave us a dirty look when I told my son he was up next, assuming she would call us since we had an appointment. We ended up finally being called by the lady who cut my daughters hair and another kid after her 15 minutes after our appointment. Before that another woman came back from lunch, clocked in on the computer and went back to the back office. If either lady had taken the 5 minutes it took to give a buzz cut to my son they would have still had time to get to lunch on time. Instead we were late to our next stop for the day because only 1 woman there actually had a solid work ethic (she even told the receptionist that she would cut my sons hair before leaving for lunch when she was supposed to be clocking me out. If it weren’t for the 1 stylist this would have been the worst possible experience. If you are going to shut people out during lunch time then close the store during lunch time. Don’t schedule multiple appointments. We will not go back to the Pickerington (256) cookie cutters store again. We will make the drive to Polaris or Gahanna next time. Let’s hope this isn’t the norm for the business.

The receptionist and stylists were nice, the atmosphere was mediocre but looked a bit run down and slightly dirty even with a new chair. It's also very overpriced.

This is the second time coming here for my sons haircut. His sister had cut his bangs and I needed it fixed. The woman that helped us was great and fixed it the best she could. I had told her I hated it but I meant the fact that it had to be cut soo short. Nothing she did.she didn't speak to me after that or acknowledged that I said thank you. I hope she sees this and knows I appreciate her and she did a great job fixing my sons hair.
