These haircuts aren’t cheap, and my son came home with no sideburns (chopped off at the top of his ear), and my husband said to not take much off the top, and it’s so short it’s almost a buzz cut. The bangs are straight chopped off too, making it look more like a bowl cut. And they’re too short to even put product in and style to the side. Sorry for the rough feedback, but haircuts here aren’t cheap and you asked so I’m being honest!

My 6 year old son had his hair trimmed today. My son, my husband, and myself were all treated rudely by my son's hair dresser who had so many snippy comments even at my son who literally sat and followed directions. It was shocking. We are new to Ohio and will definitely be going elsewhere and will never recommend this business.

Online it stated that “Baby’s first cut” cost $12 but I was charged $15. I also asked the stylist to just trim it enough so it wasn’t hanging over his ears and leave the hair long on top. She buzzed his hair and cut it very short on top. I know his hair will grow back but I really hate how it looks right now.

The woman that cut my sons hair was frustrated and mean to my son because it was tickling him. That was the whole reason i took him there. I thought they were trained to deal with chilren in a calm and friendly manner. She made my son tear up. Very very disappointed

This is the second time we have been to cookie cutters. Both times we have went the employees are rude. This is suppose to be a place to make kids comfortable to get their haircut. They are supposed to be allowed to pick what they sit on and accommodate on what they like/ don't like. My child can't stand the blow dryer. Both times they blow dried her hair. This time the employee said this is where you are sitting and did not give her a choice. I told the lady how much I wanted cut and she proceeded to tell me what she thought and cut it shorter than what I wanted. Like I said this is the second time we came and I honestly don't think we will be back. They don't listen to what you want done and they definitely don't accommodate the children like they say they do.

I bring my son every six weeks to get a cut and this experience was complete garbage our stylist was Bridgett and we requested a fade with a line and hard part he has multiple bald spots and his hair is all one length I had to go to a different location and get it fixed never letting her touch my sons hair ever again!!!
