Honestly just very unhappy with how this hair cut looks overall. Not what I asked for at all. His bangs literally just look stupid and now I’m going to have to pay to get this fixed somewhere else. The stylist knew I wasn’t liking the cut and had someone else come over to try and fix it but, I said it was fine just so they would stop before it got worse. The chairs were literally old, and there was literally a construction zone going on in the entrance!!

Monday March 8, 21. This was our third time here. The first two times, it was an overall good experience. The lady that cut my sons hair the first two times was the same woman and she did a great job at making my son (2 yrs old) feel comfortable to where he didn't cry once and he was very relaxed, and she did a great job on his hair. I'm not sure the lady's name of this third time we came but my sons hair does not look good at all. There's been many people to make comments about it, and also he threw multiple fits in the chair while he was there. The lady kept hollering "I'm gonna cut you, my scissors are going to cut you" he was in tears and very upset. I will not be coming back because of this very unprofessional experience. I don't know her name, she's an older woman, skinny, short brown hair and glasses. she should be spoken to. Thank you!

I went to get 2 of my kids hair cuts today and both of them were cut. Neither moved during the hair cut, barely 2 words were said to any of us during the cuts, and one of my kids was sprayed directly in the face with water

We have gone to cookie cutters in Pickerington for 2.5 yr and always had Leah. Although her tact and friendliness is never a priority I have been happy with the cut she gives my son. Today my daughter had her first cut although she is older and the experience was not great. I bring pictures, have an idea and am very specific(one of those moms) my daughters bangs and back of hair was choppy and short (one thing I said before starting is no matter what don’t cut the bangs short) girls that have bangs and had them butchered know the persistency and effects of poorly cut bangs... at least for awhile ha Leah was defensive and blamed me previously cutting her hair in past (which I joked but my daughter had very long hair to mold and shape) on reason it was choppy. (Looked same as when I cut) not smooth lines, more less a bowl cut. Listening to clients and what their needs may be is important. It’s not how much she cut as how she cut. The other stylist fixed her hair so it wasn’t a blunt straight cut since Leah was not willing to touch her hair after (I told her not to cut it shorter at that point but to fix edges) I paid, still tipped because I do feel showing grace is best but am having a hard time when someone isn’t apologetic or willing to listen before cutting on someone’s hair. It’s a lot of money to spend for the results. I always thought it’s more for atmosphere but when they are older it’s probably better to go to a professional stylist at a actual salon.
