Used the attached photo as a reference for what I wanted my son's hair to look like, and the barber was clearly vocally unhappy with the request, making an uncomfortable face and asking "that short?" "are you sure?" and eventually "alright, I won't say nothing." Cut his hair much longer than photo then asked me if I liked it, I asked for shorter and she was uncomfortable again. Once again did not cut it short and said "if you tell me to cut it shorter again I'm gonna scream." I had to pull the photo back up and be firm that I wanted a short cut. When finished she was unhappy with her work and said she hopes his mom will like it. I was also unhappy with the work done. All pretty uncomfortable! We've been here before with other barbers and have loved our experience.

I had a booked appointment at 4:15 PM but I was only called for my son's haircut around 4:45 pm. There were several people who walked in before us and were accommodated. I am assuming booked appointments, on a first come first serve basis is the queue system followed across all service stores.

Though quick, the service was rushed and the environment less than clean. The shears had not been washed between haircuts and the haircutter got another kids hair all over my daughter's face and mask. Everyone was nice, but it wasn't an ideal first experience.

The stylist did not listen to what I said. My son is afraid of the razor and he usually gets a scissor cut. I told her this, but she proceeded with the razor and only used scissors at the very end. I also told her the bangs were fine, but she trimmed them and overall his hair is shorter than what I wanted. If I come back, I will ask for a different stylist, one that listens to what I am asking for. I will say that she was fast and the hair overall is even.
