Normally we have a stylist at cookie cutter who is excellent. Today, we are disappointed because we booked an appointment with the next available stylist. Our stylist was given very simple request to keep the hair long and just trim the bottom and the sideburns. Every time I reminded her about what I had requested, she purposefully did the opposite. She nicked his ear and I decided to keep quiet and get out as soon as possible. Next time, we will only schedule with our usual stylist.

I will not be taking my children to cookie cutters again. This is horrible! I had to take my son to a different salon to get his hair fixed.

I was greeted professionally and was very welcomed when I walked in. Our barber was Theresa. She was very nice,however, was unable to provide my son the hair cut I showed her. She could tell I was very unhappy but never apologized for the lack of understanding the style of cut. But it baffles me that her profile states she is well versed in all haircuts but could not complete a simple fade.

Called to say we would be 15 min late due to bad traffic and was told I would have to cancel. Called back because online it said there was an appointment 15 min after my appointment with the same stylist and they were able to move it. Then when told that I wanted to “shape my sons hair for a longer hairdo in the future” she rudely stated that if I wanted long hair I shouldn’t cut it. Clearly she did not listen to the part where I asked for it to be shaped. Will not be returning to this place, very unprofessional and not accommodating with appointments at all. They were literally going to make us drive back 45 minutes where they had another later appointment and didn’t even offer it.

I asked if I could hold my son and if only an inch or so could be taken off. He was put in a chair any way and was very uncomfortable the whole time. The hair cut took a long time and the length was shorter than expected. The stylist and cashier were both scrambling trying to figure out the payment system, which took awhile to check out, leaving no time for a balloon for him
