I appreciate the online booking option. The appointments run true to schedule. Everyone is very nice. The kids enjoy the "extras" - the balloons, tokens to play the machine, and lollipops.

Our stylist was under confident and kept asking me to guide the hair cut. She seemed in experienced with modern cutting techniques and I had to ask her to blend and add texture so that my son's bangs were not a straight line on his forehead.

The stylist did not listen to what we wanted. We had to take our child to another haircut to fix the haircut. Hair was cut too short and was uneven.

Hair cutter was not patient with son who is 3, and got upset he was moving. He had been so excited for his hair cut and at the end no longer was. Will not be returning as this seems to be a common theme the last few times we go.
