She cut his bangs very uneven. I have to comb his bangs to the side with gel so cant see the unevenness.

We usually see Alisha who does a fantastic job. We saw a different stylist this time due to Alisha being out sick over the weekend. The stylist was so nice but as soon as she started I could tell this wasn't going to go well. I didn't realize how bad the cut was until we got home. My son's hair is all choppy and doesn't flow at all. His bangs are completely uneven. Unfortunately, his first picture day was just 3 days away. I don't normally leave a bad review but I'm just very disappointed. Worst hair cut he has had in terms of quality.

I asked for her hair to be longer in the front…like an inverted bob. She got done and it was shorter int he front. I asked her why it wasn’t longer in the front and she said sorry for the misunderstanding. Waste. Of. Money.

The overall place was really dirty. If you have a play area for the kids it should be cleaned regularly. My daughter’s clothes were filthy after playing. Our appointment was 15 minutes late. I almost asked the receptionist who was just on the computer the whole time if she had a broom and cleaning supplies. I would have done the job for her.

Very frustrating experience. I had an appointment for my 1 year old son at 130. When we arrived, we were told another family who originally had appointments at 130 and 145 were both now at 130 meaning we had to wait until they were done and did not end up being seen until after 145. No apology from the stylist. My son my was getting impatient as was I. Overall poor customer service.

I’m not comfortable posting a picture of our child but the haircut was bad. The front of his hair was cut very blunt. His side burns weren’t even and had long stands sticking out near his ears that had to be trimmed by us at home. I couldn’t help but notice that the hairdresser messed up the little boys hair before our appointment as well. I usually don’t complain but 2795 is a lot for haircut that was not good. We usually have a great experience and always come back here when he needs a haircut but this hairdresser definitely could use some more training.
