There should be a dedicated person to check out and check in people. Staff must stop cutting hair to answer phones, check in and out or help other staff work the computer. This leads to schedules being thrown off

We’ve had a few great haircuts in the past. When the cut was finished today, his hair was wet and styled and looked acceptable to me. It wasn’t exactly what I asked for, but it had taken so long already, we were ready to go. By the time we got home and it dried, I could see how uneven it is across the front. It looks like a crooked bowl cut. The sides are choppy and it’s just a mess.

We received good service except at the end. Susan was nice but there was a confusing incident about the appointment. We were asked what's the name and she just took us to the chair. We were supposed to have Alisha but we ended up with Susan which is fine for us. I was a little confused but I thought Alisha was busy because she had another regular client not so long after we started. However, the way we were treated at the end made me felt a bit unimpressed. Otherwise, the place was good. Service was good. My son seemed enjoy the experience.

I could tell the lady was new and it didn't help my kid was scared. When I got home, I trimmed his hair on the areas missed. When I asked a second lady, while waiting to check-in about the 3$ pre-booking discount, she was a bit snappy and after her short explanation the way it was explained it defeats the purposes of using the app because technically you are pre-booking prior to going there since calling is usually hard to get someone on the phone or going in person to have to wait to eventually set up an appointment to then come back weeks later is a hassle. I would spend more in gas going back and forth so no worth the pre-booking discount offer.

The use of a screen in front of our kids, is not necessary for all the kids. I understand that is needed to distract the small kids, but the oldest don’t need it. Relaxing music would be nice

The stylist did not listen to what I said. My son is afraid of the razor and he usually gets a scissor cut. I told her this, but she proceeded with the razor and only used scissors at the very end. I also told her the bangs were fine, but she trimmed them and overall his hair is shorter than what I wanted. If I come back, I will ask for a different stylist, one that listens to what I am asking for. I will say that she was fast and the hair overall is even.
