Darcy is amazing. She did Will's very first haircut, and it was a great experience - she was patient with 18-month-old Will, and sweet to an emotional mama. The next time he needed a trim, it was closer/more convenient for us to go to the Polaris location, but the experience was really not good. The staff was pretty rude, Will fussed and squirmed the whole time because his stylist didn't seem to know how to be around kids, and in general, it wasn't pleasant for either of him or me. So I started bringing him back to Darcy, and that's where we plan to stay. She's so good with Will, she's great to talk to, and she gives an quick, adorable haircut! Love, love, love her.
