The lady who cut my Son’s hair wasn’t very nice. I understand it was late and she probably was tired but if you are not nice with little kids you don’t make it easy either for the kid, parents or yourself.

The experience was amazing along with the quality. My son hates people touching his head but he loved this place and everyone was so sweet. Greatest experience for his first haircut.

The environment was very kid friendly and our hair stylist was very friendly. However, the other hair stylist seemed very grumpy and gruff with the young boy whose hair she was cutting, which made us uncomfortable. We are happy with the haircut our son received. Our hair stylist (I think her name was Dawn, she had red hair) did a great job entertaining our son while she cut his hair.

Given the rise of the Delta variant and the fact that Cookie Cutters caters to children, most of whom are too young to be vaccinated, I was upset to see employees not wearing masks while cutting kids’ hair. While we think the service is great, we will not be returning until our kids are vaccinated and/or they change their masking requirements.

Cookie Cutters did such an amazing job with my son. He is just over a year old and screamed the entire time. The stylist was very calm and worked really well with him. Even with all the screaming his haircut looked so handsome. Thank you!
