What can I say........the experience was fantastic as always & even though this location is great from top to bottom including all associates who work there, but especially Amy. She has been cutting my son's hair for 10 years now & always is pleasant & happy to see us. She is one of the few stylists who know how to cut my son's hair which seems easy because he always gets it pretty short but it can be most difficult because of the multiple cowlicks he has in the front & back of his head. Many stylists either cant cut it right or attempt it & things dont turn out very well. Amy doesnt have this problem & knows exactly how to proceed to make my son's cut not only acceptable but looking great. Thanks Amy. You know we love you & love having AJ's haircut done there with you.

Well, since you asked...For having such a warm environment, I was surprised that no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence. We walked in with our twin 1-year olds, signed up and waited (all fine) but then when names started to be called for service, no one acknowledged us at all. When I walked up again to the front desk to say we were just in for a bang trim, and had called earlier and were told to be walk-ins, I was told that "writing bang trim in the appointment helps a lot." I did not know as it was my first time here. I looked at my nanny, who said that this woman was so rude. Although these are small things, they so add up.

Amy was fantastic! Very friendly, great with my son, asked what I wanted beforehand and made sure that I was happy with the haircut at the end.

The staff is always so great at Dublin. We have went to many stylists and they are all skilled and do a great job with kids. I will continue to pay a little more at Cookie Cutters because of the great experience.
