The girl who did my granddaughters hair was excellent, however, I booked both of my grandkids back to back on my day off. After I arrived with both grandkids they canceled my grandsons appointment an hour before it due to someone not showing up. I put anyone could do their hair. Very inconvenient and unprofessional that his appointment was not honored considering I arranged for both of them to get their hair done together.

The lady was way stressed out who did are son hair.she snapped at my husband when he ask me if I said I wanted to keep a piece of his first hair cut.she whipped my son head and was not verry persable kid friendly. I would come back but never to her.she was even snappy to the other lady who worked there.

We’ve only ever been helped by Dawn. She’s the BEST! I wish there was a little more room for moms to sit. But it was a very busy saturday.

The only negative feedback I have about the haircut itself is that the technician shaved my my son's neck down so low. All she was aha I got was baby fuzz, which is pretty bad. It really freaked my son to have to clippers that far down his neck. He's 5. He doesn't have coarse hair growing on his neck and back. It seemed ridiculous and cruel.

Salon is very dirty. The floor is warped. Even when we have an appointment scheduled we have a long wait. The staff is nice once we are seated and do take their time.

I had booked my appointment online for a specific stylist but was given someone else at appointment. I like the online booking option however I would have liked our usual stylist.
