Grace was attentive and highly skilled. My hair colour was great ; but not sure the layering and fringe are right. Regrettably, the whole process took almost 4 hours which was far too long, particularly as it was only half foils and a simple cut. I was very cold and sat in a chair near the back door with a full length mirror and not comfortable. Aside from this, I was happy with my hair, despite the cut issues. Thanks to Grace who has great knowledge and customer service.
