I think Jenny is fantastic and has done a great job on my hair. The only thing for me is if I didn't get the discount - I wouldn't be able to afford it as you are on the higher side of pricing - I do appreciate the time frame it takes and the extra touches with customer service that you do (Complimentary foot spa etc..) but in the bigger picture it is a bit expensive. I would recommend my friends, however I don't think they will come due to pricing....Sorry! In saying that as I said at the start - Jenny is fantastic and has done my hair beautifully - something that I have not been pleased with in a long time......So Thank you Jenny :)

The area within the salon where you have your hair cut & blow dried is a little cramped. When there are 4 or 5 customers having treatments this area is extremely tight for space.

I went to Hair Beauty and Soul to get my hair fixed after another hair salon didn't do a very good job and they saved my life! Highly recommended!

Melissa was fantastic... could not say a bad word about my hair experience with her at all. I believe the quality of the Shellac nails that i had done was not to the standard I would expect for $34. Attention to detail is critical with nails.
