Ebony was lovely and so knowledgeable. I am really happy with my hair cut and the advice she gave me about how to care for my hair type. The service during the rinse massage & condition in the massage chairs was also exceptional and so relaxing.

Great consult, service and happy with the results. The only negative feedback I would give is that it took too long (5 hours) for foils, tint & blowdry.

Hi there, Just wanted to say Hailey is so knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Hailey not only took the time to go through the differences in colour types but explained to me why things could or couldn’t work - she did the same for my haircut and hair health. I actually have never received her level of care when going to a salon before, it’s super clear she knows her stuff and is passionate about her craft. She is an absolute asset to your team! Additionally you should showcase more that you’re a sustainable salon - Hailey also shared this with me and it’s a wonderful initiative that takes time and dedication from your team to really support a massive cause.
